Returns and Cancellations
We try at all times to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 7 days and return the goods to: Celia Lindsell Ltd, Muston Manor, Piddlehinton, Dorset, DT2 7SY.
Items purchased online cannot be returned to our retail boutique.
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable. When returning items we recommend that you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Please check carefully before returning any item.
We may cancel an order at any time before delivery.
We aim to satisfy the requirements of all of our customers as efficiently as we can, but we realise that at times things may go wrong. When they do we will put them right as soon as possible. If you have a complaint please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Your complaint will be handled confidentially and we will acknowledge your correspondence swiftly by email or phone (please ensure we have your email and/or telephone details). At that time we will advise you how long it will take to resolve your complaint and we will give you a contact name and telephone number of the person handling your complaint. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
Our telephone/fax are charged at normal tariffs and whenever possible are answered in person. However, if you do happen to encounter an answering service please be assured that messages are picked up and acted upon on a regular basis.
