This exceptional Lavender Honey comes from the southern slopes of Mont Ventoux, Provence. It is opaque in colour and deliciously runny in texture. The hives are placed in hectares of the world finest lavender fields in a national protected region. The honey is harvested immediatly after the lavender flowering season to ensure its purity. Being a monoflora it has dintinct and intense flavours.
Delicious on hot buttered toast and mixed with bananas and cream. It makes a nuturing herbal tea accompanied with fresh Thyme, Rosemary or Ginger. It is one of natures purest products.
