Celia Lindsell offers a free gift wrapping service. This includes being able to write a personal message.

Your gift will be carefully wrapped in silver paper, tied with a fuchsia ribbon bow and finished off with a delicate paper pink rose. Please see photo to the right.

Delivery times are normally between 5 to 10 working days, depending upon what is ordered and whether it is in stock. However, during peak ordering times, like Christmas, there might be a slight delay in which case we will notify you immediately. If you have a special date that you would like the product by please let us know and we will do our best to meet it.

All UK deliveries are £2.75 per delivery address for orders under £16 and £4.95 for orders over £16.
 
Due to the weight of the Lavender Filled Doorstops deliveries that include these are £8.00 per delivery address.

From now until the end of the year these are being charged at the same rate as UK postage. This will be amended once we have updated the postage calculations. So profit while you can!

We try at all times to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 7 days and return the goods to: Celia Lindsell, Muston Manor, Piddlehinton, Dorset, DT2 7SY.
 
Items purchased online cannot be returned to our retail boutique.
 
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable. When returning items we recommend that you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
